Liang Shijie: using words to stimulate and unlock the "secret key" to acupuncture''s effectiveness

In acupuncture, an ancient and magical field of medicine, there have always been some scratchy and interesting riddles. Just to mention the direction of reversing diarrhea, different schools and different medical practitioners have all kinds of claims, like a lively "debate contest," where the public says the right and the mother says the correct, making it difficult for a moment to tell who is right or wrong. But studies like a lightning bolt across the night sky have given a refreshing idea: the practitioner''s consciousness is the fundamental factor that controls acupuncture''s effectiveness. The idea, thrown out, was like dropping a boulder on a calm lake, creating ripples and opening a whole new door for us to revisit acupuncture.

"Attraction of Qi by Mind": The Treasure of Wisdom in Chinese Acupuncture

To say that "using mind to induce qi" is not something illusory, it is one of the core training in Chinese traditional qigong. Like when "pulling the gas," you have to let your mind act like an invisible hand, opening and closing, as if you are manipulating a mysterious force. Imagine standing on an empty grass field, surrounded by a faint mist. You slowly stretch out your hands, and as your hands open, the idea gathers and disperses the mist. Is there a sense of pride in controlling the heavens and the earth?

There is also the word "calm and serene" when standing on a stump. This word "faithfulness" is very interesting. You imagine yourself as a tree rooted in the earth, standing steadily on the ground with your feet firmly on the ground, and your mind tightly guarding the "treasure trove of energy" in the Danube. At this time, you feel a warm current gathering around the fields, like charging the body, and the whole person is filled with strength. Through such repeated exercises, it is like giving your body and mind a "special training" to become more and more powerful.

From Qi Gong to Acupuncture: The Wonderful Journey of "Capacity Migration."

This repeated practice of "pulling your mind to your breath" is not a waste of work; it is like a magic key that opens the door to increased clinical efficacy of acupuncture. After a long training, doctors skillfully transferred their ability to "induce qi with mind" cultivated in Qigong practice to acupuncture clinics. It is like a martial arts master who applies the deep strength accumulated during the training of internal skills to the enemy in real combat, and naturally can exert super strong combat power.

When acupuncture is done, do what the Holy Spirit says in the Book of Revelation: "Be faithful to God and keep your thoughts in the acupuncture." This is not a simple slogan, but it has profound implications. Imagine you are a highly skilled acupuncturist facing a patient who is suffering from a sickness. You concentrate, keep your eyes firm, and concentrate all your thoughts on the little silver needle. Like a sniper aiming at a target, your mind guides the qi and travels along the meridian to the sickness. At this time, the small silver needle is like an accurate surgical knife, and with the cooperation of traditional breath, the lesions are carefully repaired and treated.

"Breathe to the sick: the magic effect of therapeutic multiplying."

When the mind successfully directs the passage of breath to the hospital, it produces the magic effect of "the breath to the sick hospital." This is not a lie. There are plenty of clinical cases to prove it. There was a patient with a long-term cervical spine disease. The neck was stiff and painful, mobility was limited, and the quality of life was greatly affected. He sought medical advice and tried various treatments, but the results were not ideal. He then found a physician who specialized in "mind-to-mind" acupuncture. The doctor concentrated on him when he applied the needle, and his mind guided the qi to converge to the lesion in the neck as the silver needle entered. The amazing thing happened. The patient felt a warm current spread from the point of the acupuncture around the neck. The stiff neck gradually became lighter and the pain was significantly reduced. After several courses of treatment, the patient''s cervical spine was basically healed and he was able to move freely like a normal person.

One more telling statistic is that studies have shown that more than 80 percent of patients who have treated chronic pain with acupuncture therapy say they have significantly reduced pain symptoms and improved quality of life. This fully demonstrates the important role of "using mind to breathe" in acupuncture treatment.

Breaking Traditional Perceptions: Re-examining Acupuncture Effectiveness

In traditional acupuncture theory, we tend to pay more attention to factors such as the technique of acupuncture and the choice of the acupuncture. Of course, these factors are important too. They are like the bricks and steel that build a building. They''re the foundation. But the idea of "inspiring the spirit" makes us realize that the consciousness of the practitioner is the architect and commander of the building. Like a wonderful performance, while the performance skills of the actors are important, the creativity and direction of the director is the key to determining the success or failure of the performance.

We should not think of acupuncture as simply a physical stimulus, but rather as a magical process in which mind interacts with qi. When we meditate to guide the qi, it is like injecting a powerful soul into acupuncture and making it more powerful. It is like an ordinary car that can only drive at a certain speed, but when you add a high-performance engine and an advanced navigation system, it can reach its destination quickly and accurately on the highway.

Tradition and Innovation: Bringing a New Vitality to Ancient Acupuncture

The introduction of the concept of "using the mind to attract the qi" not only solved some of the mysteries in the field of acupuncture, but also provided new ideas for the inheritance and innovation of acupunctury. In terms of inheritance, we should pay attention to the excavation and sorting of the "mind-to-air" training method in traditional Chinese qigong, so that more acupuncturists can master this magical ability. Just like inheriting an ancient skill, we must pass on the wisdom and experience of our predecessors from generation to generation so that this ancient medical art will never be lost.

In terms of innovation, we can combine modern technological methods to conduct in-depth research on the mechanism of "bringing gas to the heart". For example, brainwave monitoring technology is used to observe the effect of changes in the mind of the practitioner during acupuncture on the flow of air; Biofeedback technology is used to allow patients to more intuitively feel the operation and changes of the chakra. Through these innovative studies, we can further reveal the mysteries of acupuncture efficacy and provide a more scientific basis for its development.

"Bringing your mind to your breath" is like a key to opening the treasure trove of acupuncture, and it reminds us of the magic of this ancient medicine. In the days ahead, let us continue to explore and innovate with this love and reverence for traditional Chinese medicine, so that the ancient acupuncture will shine brighter in the new era and make greater contributions to human health! Let us all hope that, under the guidance of "bringing inspiration to mind," acupuncture therapy can create more miracles, allowing more people to get rid of the pain and enjoy a healthy and beautiful life!
