Maintain the sun in spring and summer and the sun in autumn and turn your life into a "longevity drama."

We all know that life in this world is like singing on a stage. There are ups and downs, and there are sorrow and joy. But no matter how the play is sung, we hope to sing it several more times in a healthy and healthy way, preferably as a long-lived "series." How can this be achieved? Hey, our ancestors have long given us a "cure-all" book, like that martial arts master''s world-class martial arts. Learn it, and you''ll be a great body and eat a delicious meal!

The heavens and the earth give gifts, and the five atmospheres and five tastes feed the human body.

You see, our ancestors said, "The heavens eat man with five breaths, and the earth eats man with five tastes." What does that mean? Simply put, God has sent us five flavors, the earth has provided us five tastes, and we must depend on these to feed ourselves. What are these five evils? It is wind, cold, wet, dry, and fire; The five tastes are acid, bitter, glycine, bitter and salt. These five tastes are like the cooking ingredients. Without anything, these dishes will not taste good in this world.

It is like saying that if you stay in a closed hut without ventilation, the air will not come in, and for a long time, you will feel stifled and your head will be dizzy, like a balloon that lacks air. For example, if you eat the sweet stuff without any other flavor, for a long time, your mouth will have no flavor, your body will suffer, and the flower will lack other nutrients, only apply a kind of fertilizer, and eventually grow rough. So, we have to balance these five flavors in our body. It''s like a loose wire. We have to master the balance, or we will fall accidentally.

When following the Four Seasons, yin and yang reconcile to keep you healthy.

The ancestors also said that man must obey the changes of yin and yang in the four heavens. What is four o''clock? These are the four seasons: spring and summer. Each season has its own characteristics, just as everybody has their own temper. Spring is warm, everything recovers, and the yang begins to rise. Summer is hot and the sun is strongest. Autumn is cool, and evil spirits are beginning to grow. Winter is cold and gloomy.

Therefore, we must "nurture the sun in the spring and the sun in winter." It is like raising flowers. In spring and summer, you must let the flowers get more sunlight and replenish their vigor so that the flowers can open brightly. In autumn and winter, we must move the flower into the house to make it less subject to wind and cold, and supplement the shade so that the flower can survive the cold winter. The same is true of us. During the spring and summer, we should get out and do more activities and get plenty of sunlight in our body. In autumn and winter, you should go to bed earlier and wake up later to build up your strength and let the yin qi in your body be nourished.

Let me give you an example. I have a friend who used to be weak. When spring comes, he gets colds, summer heatstroke, autumn coughs, winter colds. Then he listened to his ancestors and began to follow the four-day regimen. In the spring, he goes to the park every morning to run, to get the fresh air and the good breath. In the summer, although he is hot, he does not always stay in an air-conditioned house, but sweats properly. In the fall, he began to eat some foods that moisturized his lungs, such as pears and lilies. In winter, he gets into bed early and often bubbles his feet to warm his body. Guess what? Now he''s in great shape. He doesn''t get sick much all year round. It''s like he''s a different person.

Be kind to life, and the flowers of longevity bloom naturally

Our ancestors'' prescription for health not only requires us to conform to nature, but also to be kind to our own life. It''s like owning a car. If you don''t take care of it, keep changing the oil and checking the tires, sooner or later the car will break down. Our body is the same. If you don''t treat it well, stay up late, smoke and drink, sooner or later your body will get sick.

When you look at the long-lived old people, they all have one characteristic in common, which is that they live regularly and have a good mindset. They don''t have problems with themselves, they can think of anything they encounter. Like Tao Yuanming, he did not spend his entire life for a few tons of rice, went back to the countryside, and lived a leisurely life, and ended up in his sixties, which was considered a long life at that time. Then there is the centenarian Zhang Xueliang, who was imprisoned for decades, but he had a very good mindset, ate and drank each day, and exercised consistently, and ended up in his late thirties.

Therefore, if we want to live a long life, we must be kind to our own life and maintain good living habits and a good mindset. Don''t keep getting angry about trivial things. Getting angry is worth nothing to your body. Like the saying goes,“A smile is a decade away; Worry about it, and it''s a waste of time.”。If you are happy every day, the cells in your body will be active, and the disease will not come to your door.

The Way of Health Care, inherited for thousands of years shows wisdom.

The ancient ancestors left behind this regimen of health care, which is the crystallization of wisdom inherited over thousands of years. It is not those so-called "miracle drugs" or "secret recipes," but real life experience and philosophy of life. It tells us that in order to live a long and healthy life, we must conform to nature, respect life, and maintain good living habits and mindset.

Nowadays, the pace of life is getting faster, and people''s lives are becoming more and more stressful. Many people in order to work, in order to make money, always stay up late to work overtime, eating irregular, physical are in a state of health. At this time, we should even look back at the traditional Chinese medicine inherited by our ancestors and draw wisdom and strength from it.

We will treat this regimen as a practice, step by step, and adjust our lifestyle step by step. One day, you may find that your body is getting better, your spirit is getting fuller, and your life is getting more enjoyable. At that time, you can also sing the drama of life like those long-lived people and become the main character in the long-lived "series"!

So, friends, don''t hesitate any longer, follow the old people''s mantra of healthy living, and live our lives as a "happy drama" of long and healthy life!
