Liang Shijie: The flow of essence is in the middle of life, and life is prolonged

In this vast universe and long years, life is like a unique star, shining brightly or dim in the long river of time. Traditional Chinese medicine, this ancient and profound science, is like a wise elder, quietly telling the mystery of life, and the relationship between the innate essence and the acquired blood contains endless wisdom.

"Two spirits fighting each other are called gods", this sentence from the classics of traditional Chinese medicine is like a mysterious lightning bolt, cutting through the dark night sky where life originates. When the father''s essence and the mother''s essence converge wonderfully at the moment of conception, it is like a small spark in the universe that lights up the lamp of life, a new life is born, and all the possibilities of the individual are ignited at this moment. This innate essence is regarded as the driving force of life, it comes from the essence of parents, is the initial gift of life, and determines the length of a person''s life. It is like a "life energy storage tank" in our body, silently supporting the body''s growth, development and disease resistance.

Imagine that from the moment a person falls to the ground, the innate essence begins to play its role. In childhood, the body is like a seedling breaking through the ground, growing rapidly and full of energy, as if it has inexhaustible energy. This is because at this time, the innate essence is full, like a fuel tank full of fuel, providing a steady stream of power for the body''s various functions. According to relevant studies, immunity in childhood is relatively strong, and the chance of disease is relatively low, which is closely related to the sufficiency of innate essence.

However, time is a ruthless carving knife, and as time passes, the innate essence will slowly be consumed. Like a battery that is constantly in use, the charge gradually decreases. Once the innate essence is exhausted, the energy lamp of life will go out, the aging of the body will accelerate, and life will come to an end. This is like an oil lamp, when the oil burns out, the light will naturally go out. We can often see that some elderly people are weak and diseased, which is a manifestation of the depletion of innate essence.

But fortunately, humans do not accept the arrangement of fate completely passively. Traditional Chinese medicine tells us that through health preservation and cultivation, we can "take the essence of heaven and earth", absorb the essence of nature, and continue the innate essence that is constantly consumed in the body, so as to prolong life. It''s like refueling a car that is about to run out of fuel, so that it can continue to gallop on the road of life.

"The spleen and stomach are the foundation of the day after tomorrow, the source of qi and blood biochemistry", this famous saying of traditional Chinese medicine expresses the importance of the blood of the day after tomorrow. The spleen and stomach are like a processing factory in our body, which converts the food we eat into qi and blood and provides energy for the body. Through traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the spleen and stomach, reduce the burden of spleen and stomach diet, and supplement with medicine and food, it is like providing high-quality raw materials and advanced equipment to this processing plant. Traditional Chinese medicines such as wolfberry, astragalus, yam, and astragalus are like adding delicate and natural "energy drinks" to the body, which can nourish the spleen and stomach and promote the production of qi and blood.

I know an old man who was not very healthy when he was young and was often sick. Later, he began to pay attention to traditional Chinese medicine health, soaking in water with wolfberry, astragalus and other traditional Chinese medicines every day, while paying attention to the conditioning of the diet and eating less greasy and spicy food. After a period of persistence, his physical condition has improved a lot, and his mental state is getting better and better. Now, he is over seventy years old, but he is still deaf and clear, and he moves freely, which fully illustrates the miraculous effect of medicine and food supplements.

In addition to medicine and food, proper exercise is also an important way to feed back the innate essence. Gentle Tai Chi, Wuqin Xi and other exercises are like injecting vitality into the body, allowing blood circulation and smooth qi. Every breath and movement is "recharged" to the innate essence. As the saying goes, qi is still fine, and refining spirit is still spiritual. There is a middle-aged man who gradually becomes weak and often feels tired due to long-term office work and lack of exercise. Later, he began to learn Tai Chi and practiced for an hour a day. After a while, his physical condition improved significantly and he became more energetic.

Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the overall dynamic process: calm the spirit, move to nourish the qi, and eat to nourish the essence. Pranayama in stillness is like finding a peaceful harbor in a noisy world, allowing the mind to relax and nourish; Adjusting the body in motion is like stretching the muscles and bones in the vast world, making the body full of vitality; Eating to adjust sex is like using delicious food to nourish the body''s temperament, so that the body and mind can achieve a harmonious state. Every link is echoing the natural world, and through these methods, people can not only delay aging, but also enhance the body''s immunity and vitality.

In this fast-paced modern society, we often neglect our physical health in pursuit of fame and fortune. We are like a clockwork machine, constantly running, but forgetting to "refuel" our bodies. However, when we see people who die young due to overwork, when we feel various discomfort signals from our bodies, should we stop rushing and re-examine our lifestyles?

Let us learn from the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine, nourish the essence, protect the essence, and fix the essence, and continue the innate essence through methods such as regulating the spleen and stomach, supplementing medicine and food, and exercising appropriately. Let us maintain a youthful attitude and bloom with the brilliance of life in the race against time. Because, only by having a healthy body can we better enjoy life, pursue our dreams, and write our own wonderful life.
