Dietary Supplements: Don''t let ''chemical dreams'' obscure natural wisdom

In this era of chaos and rapid advances in technology, we have also developed "new ways" of eating and drinking. Natural foods, the "true seeds" of nature''s care, like rice and white flour, fruits and peaches, exist quietly in a physical state, nourishing us with the warmth of the earth and the gifts of sunlight. But there are some people who, with their brains wide open, must break away from the "real" nature of food, and dive headlong into the "soul-searching" of abstract chemical elements, naively believing that eating those extracted items will make their bodies feel like they are swimming in health.

Just say this rice. In the hearts of our citizens, it is an "old baby" for healthy living. Why? Not because it contains various elements that are good for our body. But some people, like being fascinated by magic, think that extracting the elements in rice can replace or even surpass rice. Then, the blind rush to supplement iron, zinc, selenium and calcium is like a monster wind that makes people disorientated. According to incomplete statistics, in recent years, the sales of various chemical supplements have shown a geometric progression, as if everyone is following the trend of "element adventure."

Let''s make an analogy: ethanol and corn, can they be the same thing? Ethanol is like a fiery "wild boy," while corn is a docile "neighbour''s big brother." You can''t eat ethanol like corn, because you have to make your stomach fly and your dog jump? Then there''s the frozen melon. Although the elements haven''t changed, the taste has changed. Like someone who was once a lively and cheerful person who suddenly became silent, would you still like to be close to him? The same is true of the human body, where a change in temperature makes melons unacceptable.

Take calcium supplements, for example. Eating bone and fish soup with calcium and eating high-calcium tablets are two different things. The calcium in bone and fish soup is like a bunch of trained soldiers, waiting to be absorbed and used by the body in the soup. The calcium in high calcium tablets is like a group of mercenaries who have been forcibly brought in. Although there are many cases, they may not be compatible with the human body''s "army," and may also cause "civil unrest." Studies have shown that long-term overdose of high calcium tablets, constipation, renal calculus and other issues than normal diet calcium people much higher.

And then there''s iron supplementation. Eating spinach and eating iron-supplementing chemicals is a very different story. The iron in spinach, like a gentle, caring lover, nourishes your body slowly and steadily. The chemicals and iron, like a garden balsam seed, rushed to the body, may make the body "unbearable." Instrument test said that the human body iron deficiency and calcium deficiency, but this and the actual needs of the human body and do not need, like two parallel lines, looks similar, but in fact very different. Instruments can only measure an approximation, but the human body''s needs are like a mysterious treasure, with its own unique laws and rhythms.

Our ancestors have long said, "The spirit of blood is also the God of man." All functions of the human body, including the existence of life, depend on the strength of qi and blood. Blood and muscle are like the "engine" of the body, and the amount and proportion of the components are closely related to the decay and prosperity of blood and muscle. When the blood is strong, the various components are like a group of obedient children who stay where they are supposed to be, according to standards. As soon as the blood and blood levels decay, the ratio becomes dysregulated, like a bunch of mischievous children running around and missing something. It is like a prosperous city, where when the economy is developed (the economy is strong), all trades (the various components) are well organized; Once the economy fails, there will be all kinds of chaos.

Therefore, the strength of the blood will determine how much of the component is contained, not how much of it will determine whether the blood will be strong. The only way to influence and enhance blood capacity by supplementing it is to invert itself, like building a house without first laying the foundation, but only adding bricks and mortar to it, and eventually the house will collapse. Giving up natural food and physical herbal medicines in favor of chemical and elemental medicines is not a smart move, but rather pushes oneself into a "hot pot of fire." Those chemicals, like "assassins" hidden in the dark, may give you a "surprise attack" at any time, with all kinds of side effects.

Friends, let''s not get caught up in the so-called "scientific supplements," let''s return to nature and respect the nature of food. It''s like going back to the warm homeland and embracing the familiar land and the sunshine. Let natural foods continue to be the guardians of our health, and don''t let chemical illusions obscure our natural wisdom. In this complex world, maintaining simplicity and purity is the true way to maintain health.
