Liang Shijie: Don''t let the instrument "kidnap" health
In this era when technology is running like a wild horse, the medical field is also being coerced to make great strides, and advanced instruments such as "CT" and "B-ultrasound", like the "upstarts" in the medical arena, have become the "sweet spots" of diagnosis and testing. Nowadays, if you are sick, you will be checked, and if you are not sick, you will feel uneasy, as if you have missed some treasure. Young people check, children check, the old, weak, sick and disabled have to be checked, and some people even move the tester home, put the manometer on their hands, and carry the heart observation instrument on their backs, which is called "24-hour observation", this posture is like a person''s body has to be "clear and clear" 24 hours a day, but if there is a little "dark clouds covering the sun" and "wind blowing", it must be regarded as sick, and it is a group of "disease detection maniacs".
Let''s just say that a hospital in Gansu borrowed more than 10 million euros from Germany to purchase German equipment, which is also called the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. This testing fee is ridiculously expensive, and the hospital relies on it to generate revenue, and the upgrade evaluation also depends on it. But behind this, one is to mislead patients, and the other is to add a heavy consumption burden to patients. This is like a person who was originally just a little cold, but was diagnosed with a bunch of unwarranted problems by this expensive instrument, and he was so frightened that he had to empty his pocket to treat it.
The ancients said: "People are tall, short, fat and thin, there are differences between old and young, and regional differences." "Isn''t it, everyone is a unique individual, how can there be any unified standard? As said in "Suwen Shi Calm Theory": "The old seek it from the organs, the young seek it from the scriptures, and the young seek it from the dirt." "Older people have reduced physical function, and diseases are mostly related to the organs; young people, the body is in the stage of growth and development, and the diseases are mostly related to menstruation; Young people are strong, and diseases are mostly related to organs. This is like crops in different seasons, with different growth characteristics and needs, how can one method be used to plant and manage?
Look at Europeans and Chinese, Europeans have gray eyes, and Chinese eyeballs are black, can this be judged by a unified standard to judge who is healthy and who is unhealthy? Just like different varieties of flowers, with different colors and shapes, each with its own beauty, how can they all be forced to become the same appearance? To use those dead instruments to measure the vitality of life in motion is simply a metaphysical mistake.
Our ancestors left us many measuring tools, such as rulers, scales, scales, magnifying glasses, etc., but these are all for measuring stationary objects, that is, measuring "dead objects". Tables, chairs, benches, etc., what is the size today, how much will it be tomorrow, will not change much. But for living and moving objects, it can only represent the conclusion measured by the person at that moment, at that time, and the person concerned, and it will be invalid after a while. Just like growing trees, crops, and active chickens, ducks, geese, and dogs, one day at a time, one change per minute. Today, we use instruments to measure the living human body, and use it as the basis for obtaining, diagnosing, and treating diseases without analysis.
Let''s talk about tumor diagnosis, leukemia diagnosis, and what "hydrocephalus" and "kidney cyst" are often the errors of these instruments that do not seek the cause. The water moves and the boat moves, can you still dive into the water and catch the sword? The results detected by the instrument are like the marks on the ship at that moment, the boat has left, the water has flowed, and it is not in vain to find the sword according to the marks!
I have a friend who has always been in good health, but once the unit organized a physical examination and checked it with an instrument, saying that he had a "kidney cyst". The friend turned pale with fright, thinking that he was terminally ill, worried all day long, unable to eat or sleep. Later, I went to several hospitals for re-examination, and some doctors said it was okay, and some said they were observing. This friend is like an ant on a hot pot, anxious to spin. Finally, I found an experienced old Chinese medicine doctor, who took the pulse, looked at the tongue coating, asked about the symptoms, and said that there was no big problem, but a little kidney deficiency, just condition and condition. The friend breathed a sigh of relief, it turned out that it was all the instrument that made trouble.
And those who move their instruments home and observe them 24 hours a day, as if they have put an invisible shackle on themselves. When I was a little uncomfortable, I was so nervous that I thought I had some serious illness. In fact, the human body is like a sophisticated machine, and it is normal for occasional minor faults and abnormalities, just like a car occasionally shakes a little and makes a little noise, which is not necessarily a big problem. But these people were led by the nose by the instrument and lost the correct judgment of their own bodies.
Friends, we cannot be "kidnapped" by these instruments for health. Indicator inspection should be objectively and dynamically analyzed and referenced, and should not be blindly superstitious. We must respect the natural laws of the body and believe in our own immunity and regulatory ability. Just like nature has its own rhythms and laws, we cannot change it by force. Let us get out of the "obstacle" of this instrument, treat health with a normal heart, and maintain health with scientific methods, this is the real way of health! May we all think twice before doing it, and don''t let the instrument ruin our healthy life.
