Liang Shijie: How to cure diseases without talking, a common health code shared by doctors and patients
The proverb, which has long been popular in the Chinese people, is like a sharp surgical knife, which accurately cuts the critical point in the treatment of diseases. In the war of medicine without smoke, lip service often determines whether patients can recover smoothly or struggle repeatedly in pain, leaving doctors exhausted.
Stomach diseases avoid mouth: a "gentle line of defense" to protect the intestines
The stomach, the body''s "food processing plant," is like a hardworking but delicate craftsman who needs care to function properly. Once you have stomach problems, mouth avoidance becomes a "gentle line of defense" to protect your gastrointestinal health.
Coarse grains such as corn and sweet potatoes, which appear to be healthy, are actually like "little bombs" that are difficult to digest for people with stomach problems. They are rich in dietary fiber, which can promote stomach movements in healthy people, but in patients with stomach problems, it is the "biggest culprit" that increases the burden on the stomach. According to data, about 60% of patients with stomach problems will experience discomfort symptoms such as bloating and stomach pain after consuming coarse grains.
Spinach, Chinese chive, and raw radish are vegetables that are cold and contain a lot of coarse fiber, like rough brushes that rub repeatedly on the fragile stomach mucosa, easily causing stomach pain and bloating. Rice, yam, tofu, soy milk, seafood, pure milk, dates and other foods are some of the sticky texture and some are not easy to digest, and they are also "dangerous molecules" that need to be treated with caution for patients with stomach problems.
Raw cold food, such as various fruits and cold drinks, is like a bone-chilling wind that blows directly into the warm stomach, causing the blood vessels in the stomach to contract, affecting the secretion of digestive fluids, leading to indigestion. greasy meat is like adding too much raw material to the "small factory" of the stomach, making it overwhelmed. Spicy, sticky and hard grains are also the enemy of the stomach, and they can irritate the sponge lining and trigger inflammation.
I have a friend who has a stomach problem and doesn''t shy away from eating. When I saw baked sweet potatoes that were so delicious, I couldn''t help but eat one. As a result, the stomach ached that night, and I could not sleep over and over, and the next day I had to run to the hospital to see a doctor. The doctor said reluctantly, "You''ve got this illness from eating. You don''t shy away from talking. I''m going to break my leg." Therefore, patients with stomach problems must control their mouths, eat 80% full food, and leave enough rest room for the stomach.
Diet in diabetes mellitus: the "precise balance" of blood sugar
Diabetes mellitus, just like a "sweet killer" hidden in the body, threatens the patient''s health all the time. For people with diabetes mellitus, the mouth is to control blood sugar "precision balance," the slightest mistake, blood sugar will be like a runaway horse, out of control.
Various meat foods are rich in fat and protein, and excessive consumption can lead to weight gain, which in turn affects blood sugar control. Sweets, especially for people with diabetes mellitus, are the "contraindications," they are like a sweet "time bomb," which will make blood sugar soar rapidly. Studies have shown that people with diabetes mellitus after eating sweets, blood sugar may rise several times in a short period.
Maize, although it is a common coarse grain, but for people with diabetes mellitus, can not eat more. It has a high starch content, which is converted into glucose in the body, leading to an increase in blood sugar. Dried fruits, such as peanuts, melon seeds and so on, seem small, but contain a lot of fat and calories. It is also the "calorie trap" that people with diabetes mellitus should avoid.
Spicy foods can irritate the stomach and affect digestion function, which in turn affects the stability of blood sugar. Puffed food, containing a lot of additives and trans fatty acids, harmful to health. Rice thin rice, after cooking for a long time, has a high degree of starchification, is easily absorbed by the human body, and will also cause blood sugar to rise rapidly.
I know a person with diabetes mellitus, usually do not pay attention to food taboos, see the cake can not walk. Once, he ate a cake in secret, and his blood sugar was tested that day, which was so high that he nearly caused complications. From then on, he never dared to indulge in sweets. People with diabetes mellitus must strictly control their food and drink, so as to keep blood sugar in a stable range.
Mouth Avoidance with Gout Disease: The "Key Key" to Pain Relief
Gout, like a sudden "storm," makes the patient''s joint pain unbearable and painful. Mouth avoidance is the "key key" to relieving gout pain.
All kinds of meat and seafood contain a lot of purines, which are metabolized in the body to produce uric acid. When uric acid levels are too high, crystals of uric Acid are formed and deposited in the joints, triggering a gout attack. There are data showing that about 80% of people with gout develop the disease because of the consumption of foods high in purines.
Sweet foods and dried fruits, although not high in purines, can lead to weight gain and affect the excretion of uric acid. Raw cold foods, such as various fruits and cold drinks, can irritate the joints and aggravate the symptoms of gout. Spicy foods also stimulate the body and trigger an inflammatory response.
I have a colleague who has gout and doesn''t shy away from talking. He often goes to a big seafood meal with his friends. Every time I finished eating, my joints ached so badly that I limped. Later, under the strong advice of his doctor, he started to strictly control his diet, avoiding foods high in purines, and the number of gout attacks decreased significantly.
Cardiovascular disease and hair avoidance: a strong shield to protect the body
Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as hypertension and coronary heart disease, are like a "time bomb" hidden in the body, which may cause serious consequences at any time. For these patients, reducing the intake of greasy meat and salt, as well as vegetable oils (various dried fruits), is a "strong shield" to protect the body.
Greasy meat contains a lot of saturated fatty acids, will lead to increased blood viscosity, easy to form blood clots, lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders. Too much salt can cause an increase in blood pressure and increase the burden on the heart. Although dried fruits are rich in nutrients, they contain high levels of oil, and excessive consumption is also not conducive to cardiovascular health.
Respiratory infections such as sore throat, tonsillitis, and pharyngitis, as well as skin diseases such as red, swollen, hot, hives, and eczema, all need to be avoided from eating hair. Hair refers to various meat foods, spicy and irritating foods, green onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric, etc. These foods act like a bunch of "fire-starters" that can aggravate the body''s inflammatory response and keep the condition coming back.
My neighbor''s child, who has eczema, is told to avoid eating hair. But the child''s grandmother was very concerned about the child and secretly fed the child some mutton. As a result, the child''s eczema became more severe, with red bumps all over the body and itching so hard that the child cried. This is the serious consequences of not being a mouthful.
Chinese herbal soup preparation: the ''cryptic code'' of using medicinal herbs
In addition to the oral abstinence of diseases, there is also a great deal of care in the manner in which Chinese herbal soups are taken, which is like the "secret code" to unlock the effectiveness of the medicine. Chinese herbal soups are generally taken once a day and once each night, and drink half an hour after a meal, which can allow the drug to be better absorbed in the stomach and reduce the irritation of the swallow.
You cannot heat traditional Chinese medicine soups with a microwave because microwave heating will destroy the effective ingredients of the medicine and affect the effectiveness of the medicine. It''s like putting a well-brewed glass of fine wine in a microwave, and the aroma and texture of the wine will be greatly reduced.
When taking Chinese herbal remedies, don''t eat green beans or red beans, because they are easily antidotes. Green beans and red beans are like two mischievous "little tricks" that will react with the effective ingredients in the drug and reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
"You don''t shy away from talking to cure a sick person, and you run and break a doctor''s leg," a saying that contains profound health wisdom. Whether it is stomach disease, diabetes mellitus, gout, or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, avoiding mouth is an indispensable part in the course of treatment. Let us remember the secret of mouth and work with doctors to protect our health and make life full of sunshine and vitality.
