Narrative Chinese medicine, a unique skill of "being the same inside and out"

Ladies and gentlemen, today we won''t talk about the short idle articles in the parents, nor will we talk about the lively things of celebrity gossip, let''s talk about the treasure passed down by our ancestors - the unique skill of "the same on the outside and inside out" in traditional Chinese medicine! Don''t underestimate these four words, the doorway here is deeper than the seventy-two changes of Sun Wukong!

The "Neijing" has a saying, form and name are one

There is a saying in the "Neijing" of our ancestors, called "Qi is combined and tangible, and the name is corrected due to change". What does this mean? For example, if you go to the vegetable market to buy fruit, the pears and apples, you can see that they are not all the way. Why? Because they are "unified in form and name, not divided". This is like a person, you can roughly guess what kind of personality and identity he is from his dress, words and deeds. This is the same principle for this traditional Chinese medicine doctor. Grasping the external "form" is equivalent to grasping the inner essence. When you buy fruit, what you buy back is not only the skin of the fruit, nor the pulp alone, but the whole thing. Just like when you buy a watermelon, you knock on it, listen to the sound, look at the color of the melon skin, you can know whether the melon is sweet or not, whether it is ripe or not, which is to judge the inner quality through the external "shape".

Pears and apples have different shapes and different interiors

Let''s take pears and apples as examples. Look at the pear, it looks like a water spirit, the skin is thin and the flesh is thick, and when you bite into it, the juice comes out straight out, sweet and delicious. Look at the apple again, the round and red face is crunchy when bitten, and the sweet and sour taste is moderate. Why do they taste different? It''s because they look different! The "consistency on the outside and inside the outside" in this traditional Chinese medicine is just like this pear and apple. What''s wrong with your body can be seen from the appearance. For example, if your face is sallow and listless, it may mean that your spleen and stomach are not very good. Why? Because the internal organs are closely related to the external color veins, facial features, nine orifices, and limbs and skin. This spleen and stomach are like the "logistics minister" in our body, responsible for digesting and absorbing what we eat, converting it into nutrients, and transporting it to all parts of the body. If this "logistics minister" goes on strike, can you look good? Can you feel comfortable?

When the internal organs are normal, the external manifestations are normal

The normal function of this internal organ determines the normal performance of external color, pulse, and symptoms. Just like a machine, all parts are working normally, so that the machine can work efficiently and produce qualified products. If there is a problem with any part, the machine will have to go wrong, and the product produced will also be defective. The same is true for our body, if the heart is not good, then your heartbeat may be irregular, and your face may be pale or purple; If your liver is not good, your eyes may turn yellow and you may be irritable. According to incomplete statistics, many people now have varying degrees of visceral dysfunction due to stressful life and irregular diet. You see, this is not my nonsense, the data is here! Therefore, we usually have to pay attention to maintaining our bodies, and don''t wait for something to go wrong before regretting it.

Traditional Chinese medicine is "the same on the outside", practical and reliable

This theory of "the inside and outside" of traditional Chinese medicine is not empty words, it has been tested by our ancestors for thousands of years, practical and reliable. If you think about it, if there is no theoretical basis of "consistency on the outside and inside out", then the theory of visceral images in traditional Chinese medicine will become a source of water and a tree without roots. By observing the external manifestations, we can infer the condition of the internal organs, so as to prescribe the right medicine and cure the disease. It''s like a detective who can solve a complex case through the clues left at the scene.

Let''s take another example, there is a young man who has been feeling weak lately and has always caught a cold. He went to see a Western doctor and did a lot of tests, but no major problems were found. Later, he went to see a Chinese medicine doctor, and when the doctor saw his face, he took his pulse and told him that he had a weak spleen and stomach, which led to a decrease in his body''s resistance. Then he was prescribed a few pairs of Chinese medicine and asked him to go back and take good care of it. After taking a few pairs of medicine, the young man really felt better, his whole body was strong, and he was not so easy to catch a cold. You see, this is the magic of "consistency on the outside" of traditional Chinese medicine.

Cherish the wisdom of our ancestors and protect our health

Ladies and gentlemen, the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine left by our ancestors is a priceless treasure! This doctrine of "the same on the outside and inside is just a shining pearl in the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine." We have to cherish the treasure left by our ancestors and don''t let it be lost in our generation. We should learn more about traditional Chinese medicine, pay attention to our health, and develop good living habits. Don''t stay up late, eat junk food, and break your body. You know, health is the greatest wealth, without health, everything is in vain.

So, if we have any discomfort in the body in the future, we might as well go to see traditional Chinese medicine, and let the Chinese medicine doctors use their "consistent" knowledge to take our pulse and see the disease. Maybe, we can stifle the small problems in our bodies in the cradle, so that we can live every day healthily and happily!

Come on, let''s talk here today. I hope that all young and old people can pay attention to their own health, so that the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine can escort our health!
