Shijie Leung: Emphasises personalized therapy, but also does not forget the reproducibility of technology
In the vast universe of traditional Chinese medicine, personalized treatment is like a shining revelation star, guiding the practitioner in the direction of the search for the mysteries of the human body. We always emphasize with a loud voice that traditional Chinese medicine is about dialectical treatment, like customizing a unique robe for each person, because each person''s body is like a painting painted with different colors by God, and each has its own characteristics. But we also have to calm down and think about it. In this world of flying personality, the amazing technical therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine can actually be precisely replicated one by one like a photocopier.
Each personality is like a star and each has a glow.
Traditional Chinese medicine treats everyone as a nuanced person, and physical differences are valued as precious. It''s like walking into a big garden where each flower has its own color, shape and aroma. Some human bodies are like those burning flames, easily catch fire, and whenever they move, their face becomes red and their mouth and tongue get sores. Some of the human body is like that cold ice cellar, afraid of the cold, and the hands and feet are as cold as a stone.
There was once a patient who wore a thick coat during the summer, and when someone ate an ice cream that was comfortable, he started to stomach up. When the traditional Chinese medicine doctor looked at it, this was a typical hypoxia, like the little sun in the body was not bright enough. So, according to his circumstances, he came up with a formula for a warm sun, like adding a firewood to the little sun. After a period of treatment, the patient gradually became able to wear short sleeves in the summer and was no longer as sensitive to cold food. This is the magic of personalized treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, which differs from person to person and strikes the disease with precision.
The effects can be replicated, like the rivers of heaven.
Don''t think that traditional Chinese medicine only goes around in a personalized circle. The technical curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription has a real "copy code," which is the carrier of the thousands of proven formula, secret recipe, disease specific formula, and thousands of Chinese patent medicines and preparations. According to statistics, the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine by the side, the total number of no less than 100 thousand, this is not a small number of ah! If none of these remedies can replicate the efficacy, then they will become "vaults" lying on the shelves, and won''t they work?
Take the six-flavored turmeric pill, which is the "star drug" in traditional Chinese medicine. It''s like a handy little helper that deals with all kinds of problems caused by kidney failure. Many patients, whether young people with kidney deficiency due to staying up late or stress, or elderly people with krenal deficiency symptoms as they age, feel a significant improvement in their body after eating six-flavored turmeric pills. The dizziness and tinnitus were reduced, and the soreness of the knee and lower back were less severe. What does this mean? Explanation: The efficacy of hexidine pills can be replicated, no matter what age you are, and no matter what reason you have kidney deficiency, it can play a certain role.
Then look at those who treat a cold Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription, such as Banlangen particles, cold heat particles. Every year when the cold season is high, these medicines are like heroic soldiers on the front line in the fight against the cold. After countless people ate them, the cold symptoms were relieved and the duration of the illness was shortened. Isn''t that the best proof of replicable efficacy? If the efficacy of medicines cannot be replicated, what is the value of the existence of Western medicines? Western medicine is relying on large-scale clinical trials and standardised production, to ensure the consistency of curative effect. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has a similar ability to promote effective treatments through proven formulas, secret recipes and Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescriptions.
Personality and commonality, the melody of dancing together
We can neither focus on the individuality of the disease, just as we see the uniqueness of each flower in the garden, while ignoring that they all belong to the larger category of flowers. Nor can emphasis be placed solely on the replicability of therapeutic efficacy while putting aside the individual differences of each individual. The disease has its Volkswagen, like the flu every year in the crowd, a lot of people will be infected. At this point, there is a need for scalable technologies to enable the rapid dissemination of effective treatments.
For example, in the treatment of some common diseases, Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription can be developed according to the common characteristics of most patients. At the same time, for some patients with complex medical conditions and special physical conditions, individualized adjustments are made. It''s like making clothes, first have a basic style that is suitable for most people to wear, then modify the clothes to fit better according to each person''s body characteristics.
In the development of traditional Chinese medicine, we must be like a clever dancer, dancing on the stage of personality and commonality. Taking into account the individuality of the disease and the human body, we must develop a treatment plan tailored to each patient; Consideration should also be given to the replicability of treatments, so that effective treatments can spread the entire medical field like a fire of stars. Because only in this way can traditional Chinese medicine, the ancient pearl of medicine, shine brighter in the new era and write a more magnificent symphony for human health. Let us work together to find the golden key that opens the door to health between the personality and commonality of traditional Chinese medicine.
