Liang Shijie: Chinese medicine fighter - fighting with heaven, with earth, with man, with gods, with ghosts, with disease
In the vast medical universe, Chinese medicine is like a warrior who has fought a hundred battles, defeating thorns and without fear. Not only does it struggle with the diversity of nature, but it also fights to the death against the complexity of human emotions, the spiritual world, and the diseases that lie deep within the body. It is a contest that spans time and space, a fusion of wisdom and courage, a dance between life and death.
Fighting with heaven: When you conform to heaven, change your life against it.
There are suns, moons, stars, and spirits in the sky. TCM is well aware that the physiological changes of the human body are closely related to the rotation of the sun, moon and stars between the earth and the sky. Heaven has five fortunes and six fortunes, and man has five hearts and minds corresponding to them. The five zodiac is the movement of the five branches of the atmospheres of gold, wood, water, fire, and earth, and the six zodiac is climate change of wind, cold, heat, wet, dry, and fire. These forces of nature affect human health and disease all the time.
The Book of the Huangdi says, "Man was born in the earth, and his fate is in the heavens. The heavens and the earth align with the spirit, and he is named man." In traditional Chinese medicine, the first priority is to obey the heavenly time and adjust the yin and yang balance of the human body to protect against external evil spirits. If the spring is windy and prone to injury to the liver and spleen, traditional Chinese medicine prescribes wind relief and strengthening of the liver. In summer, the heat is easy to hurt the heart, so it is important to clear the heat and relieve the heat and comfort the heart and the spirit. However, when the day is unfavorable, and when the epidemic is endemic, traditional Chinese medicine needs to reverse the trend, with extraordinary courage, challenge the destiny of nature, and save countless lives with a single dose of good medicine.
According to statistics, every epidemic in history, traditional Chinese medicine has played an irreplaceable role with its unique theoretical system and practical experience. For example, the plague pandemic during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the rise of the school of traditional Chinese medicine for healing diseases, provided powerful weapons for combating epidemics. This is not only a triumph of Chinese medicine and Tiandi, but also a witness to human wisdom and courage.
Fighting with the land: adapting to the needs of the land and adapting to geography
There are nine heavens and eight winds in the earth, and people have human gossip. TCM is well aware that the influence of geographical environment on human health cannot be ignored. The north is cold and dry, the south is wet and hot and rainy, the western mountains are steep, and the eastern plain is vast. Different geographical environments give rise to different physical populations, which also create different disease profiles.
According to the Quasimodo commentary, "The soil and water of one side sustains one person, and the diseases of one side are caused by the soil and Water of one side." In the treatment of diseases in TCM, it is necessary to adapt to the local conditions and select suitable treatment methods according to the geographical characteristics of the patient. For example, northerners are strong and resistant to cold and heat, and often use warm medicine when treated. Southerners are very weak and resistant to heat and cold, and when treated, they often use cooling medications.
In addition, TCM also focuses on the relationship between human gossip and geographical environment. Human gossip is eight parts of the head, face, chest, abdomen, back, waist, legs and feet, which correspond to the eight places in the geographical environment. TCM aims to treat diseases by adjusting the balance of human gossip. This thought of tailored treatment not only reflects the flexibility of traditional Chinese medicine, but also demonstrates its wisdom and courage in combating the earth.
Fighting with People: Changing Self and Healing the Mind
People have all kinds of passions, and when they are sick, they have a lot of happiness, a lot a lot more thoughts. TCM is well aware that the human emotional world is complex and changing, and changes in emotions directly affect human health. Happiness hurts the heart, anger hurts the liver, sadness hurts the lung, thoughts hurt the spleen, and fear hurts the kidney. This is the profound interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine of the relationship between emotion and the internal organs.
In real life, people often develop various adverse emotions due to work pressure, family conflicts, interpersonal relationships, etc. These adverse emotion, if not promptly and effectively channeled and resolved, will gradually erode human health and lead to the occurrence of diseases. Therefore, the treatment of diseases in Chinese medicine must not only cure the diseases of the body, but also cure the illnesses of the heart.
Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes preventive treatment of disease, that is, before the disease occurs, by adjusting the lifestyle, adjust the emotional status to prevent disease. For people who are already sick, traditional Chinese medicine focuses on the importance of psychological therapy. By patiently listening to the patient''s complaints, gaining insight into the patient''''s inner world, and giving the patient emotional support and comfort, traditional Chinese medicine can help the patient change the bad emotional state, thereby achieving the purpose of curing the disease.
There was a patient who had been suffering from chronic gastritis for a long time, and after several Western medical treatments, there was no noticeable effect. He then turned to traditional Chinese medicine, who, after carefully asking about his medical history and lifestyle habits, found that his illness was closely related to long-term work pressure and family conflicts. Therefore, while giving him medicinal treatment, TCM also gave him psychological treatment to help him adjust his mindset and resolve his contradictions. After a period of treatment, the patient''s chronic gastritis miraculously healed. This is the triumph of traditional Chinese medicine in fighting people, the power to heal the mind.
Fighting with God: Maintain your spirit, and God is full
"The one who gains God is blessed, and the one who loses God dies." TCM is well aware that the spirit is one of the three treasures of the human body and is the master of life activities. The heart holds God, and God''s soul and will are controlled by the heart. If a person is full of spirit and energy, then his body is healthy. On the other hand, if a person is mentally weak and lacks energy, then there must be a problem with his body.
TCM emphasizes the importance of maintaining the spirit, believing that only if the mind is sufficient and lucid can the human body maintain normal physiological functions. Therefore, when treating diseases, TCM always focuses on adjusting the mental state of the patient so that he can maintain a peaceful and happy mood. At the same time, traditional Chinese medicine also regulates the body''s breath and blood flow through various methods such as acupuncture, massage, qigong, etc., thereby achieving the purpose of maintaining the spirit.
In modern society, people often neglect to take care of their mental health because of their busy work and stressful life. Long-term mental tension and anxiety will not only lead to the occurrence of mental illness, but also trigger various physical diseases. Therefore, we should learn from Chinese medicine and pay attention to maintaining the spirit so that our body and spirit remain in a healthy state.
Fighting with ghosts: avoiding evil and protecting the spirits
Man has three souls and seven souls, the soul is the yang and the soul is an evil spirit. When the three souls and seven souls are complete, the mind is clear and the functions of the five organs are normally coordinated. When you lose your mind, you lose clarity, your dreams are turned upside down, and your actions are grotesque. TCM is well aware that the human body is not only a material existence, but also a spiritual carrier. When the human body is attacked by evil spirits, it will not only lead to the occurrence of physical diseases, but also affect the mental state of the person.
In the theory of Chinese medicine, ghosts are a causative factor, which can invade the human body through various means and cause the occurrence of diseases. Therefore, when treating diseases, traditional Chinese medicine always focuses on exorcising evil and avoiding evil, and maintaining the spirit and determination of the mind. Dredging meridians, harmonizing qi and blood and expelling pathogenic factors through acupuncture, cupping and moxibustion; Traditional Chinese medicine is used to regulate the internal organs, calm the spirits and restore normal physiological functions of the human body.
Although people''s knowledge of ghosts and evil spirits has been relatively diluted in modern society, traditional Chinese medicine still has important practical significance for the therapeutic thought of exorcising evil spirit and avoiding evil and tranquilizing the mind. In real life, people often develop negative emotions such as anxiety and fear for various reasons, and these negative emotion will gradually erode human health if they are not promptly and effectively channeled and resolved. Therefore, we should learn from traditional Chinese medicine, focus on maintaining peace of mind, and maintaining a healthy state of body and spirit.
Fighting illness: shedding a veil to cure illness for longer.
Sickness comes as a fall, and sickness goes as a sweep of silk. TCM knows that the occurrence and development of diseases is a complex process, and the treatment of diseases also requires patience and care. When treating diseases, traditional Chinese medicine always focuses on dialectical treatment and individualized treatment. To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the patient''s condition and physical condition by means of interviews and observations; A personalized treatment plan is developed based on the patient''s physical condition, age, gender, occupation, etc.
The treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine are diverse, including Chinese medicine treatment, acupuncture treatment, massage treatment, etc. Each of these methods is unique and complementary to each other, and together they constitute a complete system of traditional Chinese medicine. During treatment, traditional Chinese medicine also focuses on adjusting the patient''s lifestyle and eating habits to help the patient establish a healthy lifestyle and dining habits, thereby achieving the goal of preventing disease and slowing aging.
According to statistics, traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of chronic diseases and difficult diseases. Many diseases that cannot be cured by Western medicine have achieved remarkable results under the treatment of Chinese medicine. This is not only a victory of Chinese medicine and the battle against diseases, but also a witness to human wisdom and courage.
Chinese medicine fighters fight against the sky, the earth, man, the gods, the ghosts, and the sick. This is a war without smoke, a battle of wisdom and courage. With its unique theoretical system and practical experience, traditional Chinese medicine has made great contributions to the cause of human health. Let us pay tribute to the Chinese medicine fighters! Let us work together to create a better future for human health!
