心弱,遇事就慌,遇挫就退,遇難就逃;
任正非中年失業、負債累累,沒有換人生,而是強心力做企業;
俞敏洪兩次高考落榜、創業屢遭挫折,沒有換賽道,而是扛住壓力破局;
一個個體戶,心力足夠強,能從街邊小店幹到世界500強;
一個基層村長,心力足夠強,能紮根一方幹到造福一方;
一個普通老師,心力足夠強,能從三尺講臺走向全國講臺;
身體的“失神”,表現爲失眠、乏力、心悸、疲憊;
當你的心足夠強,世界纔會對你溫柔;

Liang Shijie: With a weak heart everything will fail, with a strong heart everything will prosper - Seeing success or failure in life from internal wisdom
Have you ever seen a man whose brain is turning so fast and has so many ideas that he can write a book, but when he really wants to do it, he is bound like an invisible rope and cannot move a step? A casual chat from another person can ruminate over and over in his mind for three days, and attack himself until he is exhausted; Although there is an opportunity in front of you, the heart first backs down, and there is always a force to drag on and watch the opportunity slip away.
What''s more, these people are always looking out for answers: when their marriage isn''t working, they want to change partners; When work doesn''t go well, I want to change bosses and racetracks. When people are confused in life, they owe it to circumstances, their origins, and their luck.
But let me tell you a cruel truth: the heart does not change, everything does not. Your heart isn''t strong, and nothing else will help.
This core force that supports people''s actions, decision-making, carrying out tasks, and self-healing is what the ancients called "heart spirit," and what modern people often call "heart power." The Huangdi Yin scripture has long concluded that "those who gain God will prosper, those who lose God will die." In the life dimension, this sentence is equally deeply powerful - those with strong minds will grow in style. People with weak minds cannot move a step at all.
First, at a glance: People with weak heart strength have these "fatal characteristics"
Psychological data shows that more than 68% of the world''s workforce exhaustion and life stagnation are not due to lack of ability, but to overcapacity. The labels on people with weak minds are almost identical:
1. A giant of thought, a dwarf of action
Filled with plans to start a business, learn, and change, you go to bed with ambition, and wake up and lie flat. Procrastination is not lazy, it is insufficient mental strength to support the body to take the first step, like a sports car with an engine running out of gas, which cannot run no matter how luxurious.
2. Sensitive and suspicious, extremely internally draining
Other people''s eyes, tone of voice, and an inadvertent word can automatically brain-come up a drama that all points to "I''m not good enough" and "He''s targeting me." After a day, without doing anything, the spirit is exhausted, which is typical of "the unstable mind and the vulnerability of external evils."
3. Escape when you''re in trouble, change your habits.
Marriage is going wrong and I want to change lovers. I was frustrated at work and wanted to change platforms. I ran into a bottleneck in my life and wanted to change track. They have been "changing" all their lives, but they never look down, and the root of the problem is their fragile heart.
4. I can''t even control myself. How can I control my life?
You can''t get up, you can''t control your emotions, you cannot quit bad habits, you don''t have self-discipline, you can not even lead your own body and emotions, let alone lead others and accomplish your career.
Such people, despite their heavenly talents, will also be trapped by the chain of heart power, and struggle at the bottom throughout their lives, watching others move forward while they struggle, struggle, and suffer.
2. Breaking the lie: You can buy the whole world, but you can''t buy a fragile heart
Many people spend their lives making the mistake of blaming the external environment for their difficulties.
Unhappy marriage and feeling that the partner doesn''t understand themselves; Don''t make any money, think it''s a bad industry and the boss is too bad. I didn''t get famous, and I thought it was because of bad origins and lack of opportunities.
So they kept on getting divorced, changing jobs, changing industries, starting businesses, and changing again and again, and finally found that the difficulties were with them.
Because the root of the problem is not in the outside, but in the heart.
With a weak heart, we panic when we are in trouble, we back down when we''re frustrated, and we run away when we get killed.
With weak heart, you can''t catch any opportunity. No better platform, you won''t stand steadily. You can''t keep anyone you love.
Like a tree that has rotten roots, no matter how much soil or water it uses, it cannot grow and flourish. The same is true of people, where there is insufficient heart and weak heart strength. Any external condition can cure the symptoms rather than the root cause.
3. Real counterattack: not a race track, but a powerful heart
How does the heart become stronger? There is no shortcut, let alone metaphysics, but there is only one core: raise your awareness, strengthen your mind, and transform yourself.
Cognitive ability is the armor of heart power.
People with low cognitive abilities are dominated by emotions, prejudices, and fears, and when the wind blows the grass, the heart becomes confused. People with high cognitive abilities can see through the laws and see the essence, and have a sense of security within themselves, and are not panicking, impatient, or exhausted.
When you improve your understanding through learning, experience, and thinking, you will realize that other people''s opinions are irrelevant, that temporary setbacks are only a process, and that inner strength is the greatest strength in life.
All counterattacks in this world are, in essence, counterattacks of heart power.
Have you ever seen a man who accomplished a great cause who was sensitive, delayed, and fled when he was killed?
Ren Zhengfei was unemployed and heavily indebted in middle age. Instead of changing his life, he strongly tried to build a business.
Yu Minhong lost the gaokao twice and suffered repeated setbacks in his entrepreneurship. Instead of changing the track, he took the pressure to break the game.
Even ordinary people:
A self-employed person is strong enough to work from a streetside shop to become a world Fortune 500.
A grassroots village leader is strong enough to root in one side and work to the benefit of another.
An ordinary teacher has enough mental strength to go from a three-foot podium to a national podium.
A primary-level medical practitioner is strong enough to study common ailments and cure difficult diseases.
They don''t frequently change their starting point, their identity, or their environment, but they just practice their hearts to be unbreakable.
IV. Internal wisdom: Prosperity is the highest practice in life.
Back to the roots of Chinese medicine, "heart power" is the "god" referred to in the Huangdi Yinan scripture.
The heart is Lord of God, and God is strong, and he has all the strength of blood, blood, feet, five organs, and actions. When the gods are weak, the spirits and blood are weak and the five organs are untidy and the mobility is zero.
The body''s "detrance" is characterized by insomnia, fatigue, heart palpitations, and exhaustion;
"Dividity" in life manifests itself as internal exhaustion, procrastination, avoidance, and failure to achieve anything.
Liang Shijie''s "steady heart drink" method of conditioning the spirit is also intended to complement the strength of the heart and solidify the spirit of God: cultivate the spirit of the spirit with sour date kernel soup, strengthen the yang qi with tri xian soup, and reconcile the heart soup and the five essential organs, so that the spirit can be relied upon, the spirit can supplement, and the strength can be given, and finally achieve "the happiness of those who have the power of God."
This is not only the wisdom of managing the body, but also the underlying logic of running a life: first strengthen your heart, then strengthen your business. First, settle the gods, and then settle the heavens.
Conclusion: What you need to change is never your partner, your job, your track, but you.
In the second half of life, it is not about beauty, it isn''t about family history, it is about luck, but about strength.
People with weak hearts are in a desperate situation. People with a strong heart are alive everywhere.
A weak heart is wrong with anything else. People with strong hearts can win everywhere.
Stop asking from outside, stop avoiding internal exhaustion, and stop using "change" to cover up inner weakness.
From this day forward, improve your understanding, strengthen your heart, and strengthen your spirit -
When your heart is strong enough, the world will be gentle with you.
When your God is certain enough, your life can progress.
