Those who gain God prosper, those who lose God die: the right way to God from inner wisdom to steady drinking
The Huangdi scripture, Su Qun and the Theory of Transfiguration of the Spirit yielded a loud message: Those who gained God would prosper, and those who lost God would die. These characters are not esotericism, but the ultimate yardstick for determining the state of life in Chinese medicine - God, the external glow of the meridians, qi and blood, the rhythm of life maintained within the heart and spirit. If God exists, life is vibrant, and if God is absent, all diseases are endemic. Today''s people stay up late, suffer from internal anxiety, lack of energy and blood, and lack of harmony between the five organs. In essence, the gods have lost control before and the body is damaged again. Dr. Liang Shijie took the classics as bone, the prescriptions as flesh, and the experience of renowned Chinese medicine as the soul. He proposed to drink steadily. He did not follow the old road of tranquilizing the mind. He took the healing of the mind as the core, restored the qi, blood, and the five organs, cleared the wet, hot, and warm the yang qi, and came out of a correct way of traditional Chinese medicine, "harmonizing the form and the spirit and treating the symptoms together."
First, break a myth: modern people obsessively try to meditate and force themselves to sleep, but they do not know that God is not hidden in the heart, but in the five hearts. "The heart holds the divine, the lungs hold the soul, the liver holds the soul, and the spleen holds the spirit, and the kidney holds the spiritual," the heart uses qi and blood as nutrients, and the five organs as shelters. If qi and blood are weak, God cannot live, if the five organ are damaged, if the wet and hot are disturbing, and if the yang is weak, the spirit is unwell. Just resting the mind does not replenish the blood and blood, and does not reconcile the five organs. It is like putting a chandelier in an empty house, and it will not last long. This is the root cause of insomnia, heart palpitations, fatigue, and irritability that millions of people have repeatedly and unresolved.
The wise thing about steady drinking is that it does not detoxify the spirit in isolation, but uses triangular unity to open the closed loop of God, qi, blood, and the five hearts. Each flavor combination has classic support, and is never randomly put together.
First, take the essence of the essence from the Yaochun kernel soup of The Essential Principles of Golden Scarcity to build a solid foundation for blood maintenance and healing of the spirit. This recipe is Zhang Zhongjing''s ancient famous prescription for treating "emptiness and sleeplessness", sour jujube kernel nourishes the blood and liver, calms the heart and calms the nerves, Poria strengthens the spleen and calms the heart, Zhimu clears heat and relieves annoyance, Chuanxiong soothes the liver and qi, licorice harmonizes various medicines, and the acid harvest and spicy powder are used together, supplementing but not stagnation, and not harming the righteousness. Modern research has confirmed that sour jujube kernel decoction can regulate GABA receptors, shorten the latency period of falling asleep, and clinically treat insomnia and palpitations caused by insufficient liver blood and deficiency of heat and disturbance, with an effective rate of more than 85%, and there is no disadvantage of dependence on Western medicine - this is the core confidence of "calming the nerves" and solving the fundamental problem of blood nutrition.
Second, integrate the power of folk prescription Sanxian Decoction to replenish yang energy and boost essence. This prescription is composed of fairy grass, fairy spleen, and crane grass, known as "Fuzheng and Deficiency Little Expert", warming and nourishing kidney yang, nourishing qi and refreshing, strengthening muscles and bones, specializing in the deficiency of fatigue, yellowing of the complexion, and insufficient yang energy, just like "charging and activating the battery" for the body, which not only replenishes the reserves of qi and blood, but also increases the power of yang energy, solves the problem of fatigue in the absence of yang vibration, so that the mind does not become sluggish, and the deficiency does not cause stagnation.
Third, Liu Shaowu, a nationally renowned old Chinese medicine practitioner, adjusted the main medicinal flavors of the heart soup to reconcile the qi and blood, clear the heart and the arteries, and balance the five organs. Soup with chamomile, tulips, Chaihu et al. are the core, living blood promotes blood, circulation depresses, and reconciles three chakras. Specializes in treating aspiration and blood thickness, heart and vein disorders, taking into account the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, and resolving the intermediate links of aspiration failure and blood disorders, so that the tonic can be absorbed, the purification can be clear, and the warmth can be penetrated.
Three-way unity, steady heart consumption forms the complete logic of maintaining blood and tranquilizing the spirit to stabilize the spirit, warming the yang to strengthen the spirit, and disinfecting the living blood to calm the spirit: sour jujube soup maintains the "yin" to maintain the spirit and reassure the spirit; The three xian soup warms the "yang" and rejuvenates the qi and strengthens the spirit; The tonic soup reaches the "network," the five organs, the qi and blood, and is supplemented with the flavor of cleansing and healing wet and fever, taking into account the common ailments within modern people''s wet and thermal diseases, and finally achieves the restoration of God, the fullness of qi and blood and the reconciliation of the five organ and yin and yang balance.
Theories that don''t have a case are empty talk and look at a clinically common reality (non-medical advertising, only for illness prevention): 38-year-old workers, Long-term staying up late and working overtime. Insomnia for 3 years. It is difficult to fall asleep and easily wake up. During the day, heart palpitations, irritability, irritability. The face is yellow, hands and feet are cold, the tongue is greasy and the pulse is thin - typical insomnia: lack of qi and blood, lack of energy, wet and hot irritation, heart and spleen disorders. With sleeping pills alone, you can only fall asleep temporarily and wake up more tired. Using a combination of tonic pills alone can cause fire and irritability; Using a dampening hot medication alone will hurt the yang. And with steady drinking and thinking, blood maintenance is supported by God, warm sunlight is refreshed by God, dirty sickness is kept by God, and wetness is disturbed by God. Sleep, energy and mood are improved at the same time. This is the power of "God."
The data are more telling: Clinical statistics in traditional Chinese medicine show that the mental problems caused by a disturbance of the qi and blood and the failure of the five organs account for more than 73% of the sub-healthy population. Simply ayurvedic treatment had a recurrence rate of more than 60%, while a combination of harmony of the form and spirit and blood and the five organs treated had a relapse rate of only 9.3% over 12 weeks. The combination logic of steady drink fits with this clinical pattern - not to seek quick-acting aphrodisiac, but to seek long-acting divination, which is essentially different from the single aphrodisiacs on the market.
Someone asked: Why is it so complicated to reconcile mind in Chinese medicine? The answer is hidden in another sentence in the Book of the Huangdi: "The yin and yang are secret, and the spirit is the cure." Life is a whole, God is the commander, blood and air are grain, and the five organs are cities. The grain is sufficient, the cities are solid, the commander is secure, and the body is capable of prosperity. The value of steady drinking has never been to "cure a certain symptom," but to return to the correct path of traditional Chinese medicine''s "holistic view and dialectical view," correct the mistake of modern people to "cure headaches for headaches and feet for feet," and tell us that reconciliation is not the cure of the symptom, but the cure of root. Not grooming, but grooming of the gods.
In contrast, at present, many people are addicted to quick prescriptions to help God, blindly supplement, and over-enrich themselves, contrary to the ancient teaching that "those who gain God are happy." Eventually, they become more and more false and confusing. Dr. Liang Shijie''s steady drinking takes the classics as the root, the clinical evidence as the basis, and the patient as the center. It does not show fancy recipes or exaggerate the efficacy, but only uses meticulous combinations to practice inner-jinglian wisdom - conditioning the mind first, using qi and blood as the basis and the five hearts as the basis.
Finally, we return to our original aspiration: the highest level of traditional Chinese medicine is not to cure diseases, but to promote righteousness to eliminate evil, and to obtain divine welfare. Throughout the millennia, these characters have remained the golden rule for protecting our health. The significance of steady heart drink is not only a self-made innovation, but also the contemporary inheritance of the wisdom of "form and spirit harmony" in Chinese medicine, which allows us to understand that true health is keeping the heart and spirit intact, flowing breath and blood, and reconciling the five organs. It is from the exhaustion and anxiety of "losing the spirit" to the calm and well-being of "getting the spirit."
