Pilluo: The experts who took root at the grassroots level woke us up to modern medicine!
As we all know, there are all kinds of immortals in this world, but if there is to say that the almighty goddess of ancient medicine, it is the lentil. This grassroots Chinese medicine is a classic example of ancient general practitioners, Reading thousands of books and traveling thousands upon thousands, he is like a gentleman who travels north and south, and sees whatever illness he encounters. This state of affairs is consistent with the Buddhist idea of "tranquillity with all sentient beings," and he is like the Buddha who has come down to earth to provide for all sentient people!
In the history of history, Mr. Sima Qiang said that the Pingui "changed with custom." What does he mean? That is to say, the lentils practice medicine, like the chameleons, and follow their rules wherever they go. He practices medicine to Zhao State Handan, hey, this place respect women, that Bian Que head into the study of women''s disease, became the treatment of women with morbid vaginal discharge of gynecological diseases such as the earliest specialist. It''s like going to a restaurant for dinner, where the restaurant serves Sichuanese food, and you order according to the taste of Sichuanese, and eat it deliciously. When the lentil arrived in Handan, he followed the local custom of respecting women and specialized in gynecology. This head was very bright.
Then the lentils came to Luoyang. Luoyang was the territory of the Zhou people, who respected the elderly, and the lentils took the initiative to study the ailments often suffered by the elder, such as tinnitus, deafness, eye catching, pain in the limbs and joints, and inability to move joints. You see, this lentil is like a kind little quilt. When the old man needs something, he studies it, and he became the first doctor of geriatrics. It''s like volunteering at a nursing home, knowing what activities the elderly enjoy, organizing specific activities to make the elderlies happy.
Once again, Panjiu went to Xianyang without interruption. The Qin people loved children, and Panjiu began to study the physiology and pathology of children, becoming a famous pediatrician. It''s like when you go to kindergarten as a teacher and know what toys the kids like, you prepare more toys, and the kids have fun playing with them. The flatuo has come to be like an all-round racer, and he can win the championship on different circuits. He cannot resist this feat!
Let''s take a look now. Experts are sitting in every hospital. These specialists are "single family," spending their lives looking at one type of illness, like a chef who can only cook one dish, which is brilliantly cooked, but if you want to eat another dish, you have to go somewhere else. The patients, like flies without a head, wandered around the doctors'' clinics, confused, and didn''t know who to turn to.
Just say there''s an old man, who''s not very well, and all kinds of ailments are coming to him. He first went to a cardiologist, who prescribed him a bunch of medications for his heart. He went to a digestive specialist, who gave him another set of pills for his stomach and intestines. Go to the orthopaedic specialist, who gave him another pile of joint medicines. The old man held this pile of medicine and thought to himself:“Is there going to be a conflict when this drug is taken? I''m not very well off financially. I''ve eaten so many drugs that my wallet is stuck.”You see, this is the problem posed by the current "single-person" model of experts.
Statistics show that more than 40 percent of patients who go to the hospital now have two or more chronic diseases. These patients are like birds that are bound by various ropes and cannot fly. They had to travel between specialist clinics and take piles of drugs, suffering not only their bodies but also their wallets.
That''s when people started calling for GPs. This GP is like a universal key. You can open any lock. They can fully understand the patient''s physical condition, synthesize various diseases, and give a reasonable treatment plan so that the patient does not have to travel around and without taking so many drugs. It''s like going to a comprehensive supermarket, where you can buy everything without having to go several places, which is convenient and easy.
The lentils can become a physician''s precedent through their unremitting efforts in difficult conditions such as inaccessible transportation and underdeveloped information. He was like a bright light in that darkness, giving modern medicine a path that puts people first. He told us that medical care cannot only pursue deep learning, but also consider the actual needs of patients, and serve patients in a comprehensive and integrated manner.
Therefore, we must learn the spirit of the lentil in modern medical care, train more general practitioners, make medical care less hasslesome for patients, and make medical care truly a good cause for the people. We also hope that in the future, when we visit the hospital, we will be as relaxed and enjoyable as visiting a friend''s house, not as tired as being at war!
