The herpes virus lurks before there is a lack of vigor.

In the vast and deep treasure trove of ancient Chinese medicine''s wisdom, the two proverbs, "The right spirit cannot be corrupted within the evil spirit" and "The evil spirit will be false when it is surrounded by evil spirit," are like two shining keys that open the door to understanding the mysteries of human health and disease. Qi is like the loyal guardian of the strong castle of the human body, always guarding our bodies against external evil. And once the morale is weak and the castle''s defense line becomes porous, those "villains" lurking in the shadows will take advantage of the opportunity to enter and make waves.

Take this seemingly unremarkable herpes virus, which hides a killer. According to scientific statistics, more than 90 percent of adults have herpes viruses lurking in their bodies, which is like laying "time bombs" in our bodies, quietly dormant with the human body during the day, as if wearing a kind coat and pretending to be harmless. However, once the human body is depleted of blood and oxygen, like the guards of a castle are lax, these latent viruses will instantly remove their camouflage, reveal a hideous face, and begin to launch a mad attack on humans.

Acute retinitis necrosis syndrome is a ferocious "surrender" by the herpes virus. It is a serious eye disease caused by herpes virus infection, once the virus into the nerve tissue, and without timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment, people can lose their sight completely in just a few weeks, and then plunged into endless darkness. It''s like a sudden war, with the virus being a fierce enemy, and our eyes being the important city that needs to be guarded. When the enemy breaks through the line, the city is in danger, and the consequences are unimaginable.

I once heard such a harrowing story. There was a man in his prime, who was busy at work every day, often overworked for his career, and had a long period of high mental tension. He thought he was physically fit and didn''t mind the potential health risks. Until one day, he suddenly felt red and pain in his eyes and his vision began to decline sharply. At first, he thought he was just overusing his eyes and would be fine with a rest, and did not go to the hospital in time. However, the condition quickly deteriorated, and when he finally realized the severity of the problem and went to the hospital for a check-up, he found he had acute retinal necrosis syndrome. Despite all the doctors'' efforts, his vision was not fully restored because he missed the best opportunity for treatment, and his life has been overshadowed ever since. This real case is like a heavy wake-up call that resonates in our ears for a long time, reminding us to always pay attention to our physical health and never take it lightly.

In real life, there are also groups of people whose bodies are like a castle lacking solid defenses and are more vulnerable to the virus. People with diabetes mellitus, transplant recipients, long-term hormonal users, and other people with low immunity have relatively weak qi, like the weak guard of a citadel, unable to resist the invasion of exogenous evils. For these people, once they develop symptoms such as red eyes, eye pain, and vision loss, it is like a castle sounding an alarm, and they must seek medical attention in time. No delay is allowed. It would be like the enemy army already at the castle, and if we did not redeploy our troops and strengthen our defenses in time, the castle would fall.

So how can we strengthen our own positive spirit and build a strong defense against external evils? Traditional Chinese medicine tells us to start with everyday routines. Eating properly is like providing the guards of a castle with enough food to give the body enough energy to fight the enemy. A moderate amount of exercise, like training guards'' skills, enhances their fighting and resilience; A regular routine ensures that the guards have enough rest time to stay in good condition. At the same time, we must also learn to regulate our emotions and maintain peace of mind, because excessive mental stress is like creating chaos inside a castle and weakens the defenders'' ability to fight.

In this challenging and unknown world, our bodies are like a castle to be guarded carefully, and our good faith is our most reliable shield. Let us remember the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine, always remain vigilant, strengthen our own positive spirit, and protect our eyes and our health in this long battle against the virus. Because only by having a healthy body can we chase our dreams, enjoy the beauty of life, and write a wonderful chapter of our own. Let us join hands, use the righteous spirit as a shield against evil thousands of miles away, and let the flowers of life bloom in healthy sunlight!
