The Fear of Cold Water: Don''t let the cold steal your healthy warmth

In this world of chaos and rhythm as fast as a drumbeat, we associate ourselves with water every day, but this water also has the difference between warm and cold, which is nourishing if the right one is, and which is a sharp blade if the wrong one is. Today, let''s talk about the ways in which cold water hurts people.

First of all, the habit of drinking warm and hot water is a healthy wisdom inherited from our ancestors, which is like a beacon that has weathered but remains strong, guiding us in the direction of health. Drinking cool water is like dropping a big rock on a calm lake, which does not just create ripples, but can cause huge waves that are harmful to health. Why would you say that? You see, the difference between the temperature of the outside water and the inside of the human body is a "big troublemaker." Especially on cold days in winter when the wind is cold and the air is frosty, once this "show" of heat and cold unevenness plays out, the human body becomes the "hero of injury."

It''s like the cold glass, which was sitting quietly, and suddenly encountered hot water, like a cowardly person who is suddenly frightened and cracks with a crack. Then there''s the red pot, which is red and smelling hot, and when you splash it with cold water, it can''t stand the irritation and cracks open with a clang. The same is true of the human body. Heat and cold change rapidly, and the organs in the body are like parts in a glass and a pot. How can they stand such a struggle? According to incomplete statistics, the number of people suffering from gastrointestinal discomfort, colds and other diseases caused by heavy drinking of cold water in the cold season is increasing year by year, which is like a loud wake-up call that we must not underestimate the power of cold water.

Let''s talk about the difference between human beings and other living things. There are thousands of creatures in this world who live their own way. Many of the creatures were like warriors in armor, and their skin had a solid barrier and protective layer. Some of the fur was like a warm quilt that wrapped the body tightly; There is the sheer strength of phosphorus armor, a formidable armor that protects against various microbes and plagues, as well as acting as a "protective wall" against the leakage of its own air and nutrients.

But we humans, on the evolutionary path, have thrown away most of these protective layers, like a man who keeps discarding old things. Only the sparse hair of the head and the nails and toenails remained among the "defeated soldiers," and most of the skin had become fine skin, like a thin sheet of window paper, which could be broken with a stab. This makes it necessary for us humans to eat cooked food and drink warm water, like putting a warm "underwear" on this fragile body so that it can better adapt to the outside environment. If you drink cold water and eat raw food indiscriminately, like those protected creatures, your body will "fail to eat," like a car without a shield when driving in a heavy rain or wind. Sooner or later, something will go wrong.

However, the reality is a little helpless. Nowadays, many schools, like "dumb worms" blinded by profit, have lost the traditional good tradition of schools supplying water for the sake of financial gain. In particular, elementary school students, like a flock of hungry birds, are forced to pay for "mineral water" and "pure water." These school leaders, where is your conscience hiding? To care for children and protect teenagers, we must start with little by little, not even a sip of boiling water. It is like digging a big hole in the path of children''s development, so how can they move forward smoothly?

Data show that long-term drinking cold water pupils, the incidence of a disease than drinking warm water students a lot higher. Behind these cold numbers are the painful faces of children and the worrying eyes of parents. Schools are supposed to be the cradle of children''s healthy growth, but they cannot become "killers" of children because of that interest.

Friends, let''s keep a good memory and get into the habit of drinking warm and hot water, and don''t let the cold water steal our health and warmth. It''s like guarding a precious castle by being constantly alert to cold water''s "invasion." Let warm water be a good companion in our lives, accompany us through every spring and autumn, and let healthy flowers bloom in our bodies.
