俗話說,不談劑量談危害都是耍流氓,網絡上有很多咖啡危害闢謠的文章,完全忽視咖啡的攝入量而大談特談咖啡無害。
然而,現代人幾乎都離不開咖啡,有很多人羣都喜歡喝高濃度咖啡,再加上日常喝茶,以及碳酸飲料中的咖啡因,已經有越來越多的人羣,面臨咖啡因的長期過量攝入。在不知不覺中,咖啡因已經對它們的身體造成威脅。尤其是對於一些本身存在胃病、肝臟代謝疾病,以及免疫力低下的人羣,身體受到的危害可能已經越來越嚴重。
當咖啡被塑造成絕對無害時,這類人羣便很容易忽視咖啡因對他們造成的危害,從而飲用咖啡時更加的沒有節制,從而讓身體健康面臨更大的威脅。
咖啡本身是一把雙刃劍,當你適度飲用時,它會有益於你的健康。但如果你過度飲用,反而會危害你的健康。
